I have a passion for broadcasting and story telling, and I enjoy speaking, writing, and creating/editing video content. I first discovered my love for broadcasting when I became an anchor for my high school news station. Since then, I have gained experience in the professional world as an intern for Townsquare Media and Fox News. I am currently working as an anchor HPU Vision, High Point University's student run news organization. My work in this role has allowed me to advance my script writing skills and my ability to speak on the air.

 

Something I believe sets me apart from other broadcasters is my experience in the theater industry. I have spent many years as a performer studying acting, singing and dancing, and I continue to practice my craft in my free time. This makes me a strong on-air personality and helps me really connect and engage with my audience.

I am both driven and passionate, and I am really enjoying all of the work I am doing inside and outside of the classroom at High Point University.
